• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

7. AI-Powered Features

AuraHire uses artificial intelligence to assist in candidate screening and matching. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated scores and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions.

You acknowledge that AI systems may have limitations and biases, and agree to use AI-generated content responsibly and in compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AuraHire, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us to request account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
